When I say Edgar is one of the coolest dudes, I mean it. His trailer says "Tacos with love" and that's 100% accurate. It shows in the quality and taste. This place is beyond awesome and has a new regular.

For my husband’s bday he just wanted some tacos and we found this place on Google Maps… wow!! We tried the carnitas tacos, carne asada and al pastor. Everything was so flavorful, hands down some of the best tacos we’ve ever had. And the carnitas were top notch, high recommend you give this taco truck a try, your taste buds will thank you :)

Got a random craving for a torta and this place was the closest to my office, so I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. I asked for al pastor. The owner said, "Next time, try the carnitas." I changed my order to carnitas for this time, but she said, "How about half and half?" That ended up being my order. The bread was amazing. The meats were flavorful. The torta was perfectly cooked/assembled. I will be going back.

These are the best street tacos I’ve ever had. The flavors are absolute perfection. My daughter grabbed the burrito and it looked just as delicious. The service is top notch with a friendly staff and an eagerness to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend grabbing a plate of each taco, just to taste the variety of flavors. Each one is on point.

11/19/25 found this food truck on G Maps. First time here. The reviews are correct! These nice people serve some great Tacos! I will definitely return, next time I'm in SLC. I had 3 barbacoa tacos and can of Coca-Cola. Very friendly people. You should come and get some tacos! * No seating area, so eat in the car.

Stopped by for a quick lunch based on reviews because their truck is located close to my workplace. They were so friendly and these tacos are SO GOOD. I got the al pastor and will definitely be back for more.

I can’t say enough good things about this food truck—Edgar is the best! He’s so friendly and always makes me feel welcome every time I stop by. I’m completely hooked on his tacos; I grab them all the time, and they’re honestly the best I’ve had in the valley. It’s super convenient that he’s set up at Smith’s in Draper—it makes it easy to swing by whenever I’m craving them. And on those cold, cloudy winter days? These tacos hit different—they truly warm your soul. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and go see Edgar. You won’t regret it!

This cart is real close to my office so I have the privilege to come and eat here a lot. I always get the Al Pastor tacos. Their other meats are good but I love a good Al pastor.
